Ah, that’s a bit of a process. I think you can do it this way:

• Identify the range where your checkboxes were located in Google Sheets.
• Select the same range in Excel.
• Go to Data > Data Validation.
• In the Data Validation dialog box, choose “List” under Allow.
• In the Source field, enter ={“TRUE”,”FALSE”}.
• Click OK.
• Apply conditional formatting:
• You can apply conditional formatting to format the cells based on the TRUE or FALSE values to make them look like checkboxes.

For example, you can use conditional formatting to apply a checkmark icon to cells with TRUE values and leave cells with FALSE values empty.
